As the founder of Jenni Steck Voice & Speech Services, she has spent over a decade training broadcast talent for CNN, ESPN, CBS, and ABC, while coaching executives from major companies including Cisco, JP Morgan Chase, AT&T, and PepsiCo. She has also developed keynote addresses and NFL and MLB Hall of Fame acceptance speeches.

Her unique approach combines medical knowledge of vocal health with years of theater performance experience, allowing her to address both the technical and expressive aspects of communication. Jenni helps clients cultivate ease and confidence in their delivery while projecting authority and approachability—whether they’re speaking in the boardroom, on stage, or in front of cameras.

Jessica D. Turner is a professional actor, voice-over artist, and speech coach with over two decades of experience helping clients find their authentic voice. As an accent specialist and public speaking coach, she works with highly motivated adults and adolescents who want to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact across cultures and professional environments.

Jessica believes that your voice tells your story—and she’s dedicated to helping you tell it well. Her approach combines technical expertise in accent modification with a deep understanding of the cultural and professional challenges her clients face. Whether working with international professionals refining their American English pronunciation, executives preparing for high-stakes presentations, or young people building communication confidence, Jessica creates a supportive, non-judgmental space for growth.

With her background in performance and voice-over work, Jessica brings a nuanced ear for vocal quality, articulation, and expression. Erin Ashcroft is a voice and presentation coach with a rich background in performance and public speaking. With a BFA in Theatre from Southern Methodist University and membership in SAG/AFTRA since 2000, she has worked extensively in regional theaters across Dallas, Minnesota, Austin, and Los Angeles. Her career expanded into film, television, voice-over, and commercial work in Miami, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how to deliver impactful performances across mediums.

Now based in Austin, Texas, Erin combines her performance expertise with real-world leadership experience. As a board member of several nonprofits, she has delivered large-scale presentations and moderated discussions with diverse groups including authors, panelists, stakeholders, and community members. This unique blend of stage presence and boardroom confidence allows her to help clients navigate both the technical and emotional aspects of communication.

Erin specializes in helping professionals manage presentation anxiety, develop authentic executive presence, and communicate with clarity and impact.
