This focused package examines your on-camera environment with a trained eye, gives you specific improvements to make immediately, and follows up to ensure those changes have actually landed.

This package is ideal for executives, coaches, consultants, and anyone who regularly leads or participates in high-stakes virtual meetings.

Before Session One, you'll record a short 2-minute video of yourself in the space where you most typically conduct virtual meetings, using your usual equipment. These recordings allow me to review your setup in advance and arrive at your session ready with targeted feedback.

Session One: The Audit (60 minutes) - Join from your typical meeting environment and we'll work through live adjustments together in real time. You'll see the difference as we make it. Following this session, you'll receive written feedback, the evaluation rubric used to assess your setup, and — where relevant — a personalized list of equipment recommendations.

Between Sessions: Put your adjustments into practice. When you're ready — ideally within two to three weeks — send a brief recording so I can see how your changes are landing before we meet again.

Session Two: The Follow-Up (30 minutes) - We'll review what's working, fine-tune anything that needs another pass, and make sure you leave with a setup and on-camera habits you can sustain confidently.
